Stage 1 - Initial consultation - Free

An initial consultation is a great way of getting clear advice on whether your proposal or idea is viable, during this meeting we can discuss your budget as well as highlight any potential issues.

 

Stage 2 - Measured site survey - £350

Site surveys last 4-6 hours and include discussing the project in full, writing a detailed brief and taking all necessary measurements and data required to accurately design your dream extension.

Stage 3 - Design and preparation of plans - From £800

Includes all existing plans and proposed designs required for the Council e.g Elevations, Floor Plans, Sections, Site Layouts. During the development of the design package I will research planning policy that affects your proposal, then design the initial proposed plans for your consideration. These can then be discussed in person or via video call and screenshare and revisions made as necessary. Once the floor plans have been signed off I will move onto the full design package which will include external elevations required for planning. Again these will be issued for consideration, discussed, and revised as necessary 

 

Two revisions within the initial scope of the brief are included within the design stage. Additional revisions/ Brief changes requiring additional design work will be charged according to size and complexity. Once the full architectural drawing package has been signed off we move to planning.

Stage 4 - Planning application submission - £350 [Council Planning Fee payable by Client]

Includes: Preparation of all relevant forms, OS Maps and Block Plans, Submission, application tracking, and Case

Officer liaison to reach a positive result.
